Niall O’Donovan is a Chartered Engineer
and a Chartered Safety & Health Practitioner,
specialising in construction sector. Niall provides
advice on the management of health and safety
during procurement and design of projects. He
undertakes accident investigations, particularly
in relation to structural collapses. Niall has
provided technical assistance to the Health &
Safety Authority and participated in development
of Codes of Practice. Our training and consultancy
practice is based in the south-east.
